BULLET PROOF PROTECTIONS CANCELLATION, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Bullet Proof Protections Cancellation, Return and Exchange Policy has a 14-day return and exchange term on items that are not a special order. Refunds will be applied to original credit card used at the time of purchase. Due to the nature of our products, some custom-made items are not eligible for return. We handle returns/exchanges of custom-made products (including items from our clothing lines) on a case-by-case basis and may incur a 15% restocking fee. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation* will be eligible for a full refund. Orders cancelled more than 24 hours after payment confirmation* will be eligible for are fund on a case-by-case basis, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org . Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Once shipped it will be handled as a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Bullet Proof Protections will only cover shipping charges in the event of a return or exchange of a defective product, or a shipping error. Please refer to our Limited Warranty for more information.
Merchandise exchange (if applicable) must be for the same product, or a product of the same value. We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Items may not be worn or washed.
Postage will only be refunded on returns due to defective merchandise or an error in shipping. Postage will not be refunded on returns due to personal dislikes or sizing problems. In the event that the style being returned is no longer available for exchange, a product of equal value may be ordered.
Please be sure to follow washing and handling instructions carefully as Bullet Proof Protections will not authorize returns or exchanges due to miss washing of products.
TO APPLY FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE PLEASE FOLLOW THE BELOW STEPS:
1.) email us at email@example.com to get an MRA# (Merchandise Returns Authorization) number.
2.) Write this number on the outside of the package you are shipping back to us and include a copy of the original packing slip.
Once we receive you merchandise and accept the return, we will credit you in the same manner the purchase was made.
