LIMITED SALE: AR500 ARMOR VERITAS LITE™ PLATE CARRIER PACKAGE

The Veritas Lite (Latin for “Truth”) is a slimmed down version of the standard Veritas™ plate carrier. The Veritas Lite is comfortable, well-ventilated, and lightweight plate carrier for 10”x12” hard armor plates*. Plenty of PALS webbing for attaching your MOLLE-compatible pouches, holsters, and accessories.

The Veritas Lite features the same American-made, impact resistant buckles as the original, but eliminates the bulk and weight of the padding, 3D mesh, and removes the MOLLE webbing on the upper front and rear portions (both replaced with a large area of Velcro®). It is ideal for wearing over a soft armor vest.

AR500 Armor Level III 10×12 Advanced Shooters Cut Multi-Curve Body Armor

AR500 Armor Level III armor is manufactured from AR500 steel and, with a 20-year maintenance-free shelf life due our proprietary FragLock™ coating, will outlast ceramic and UHMWPE body armor.

Available in right and left handed configurations, this patented ASC affords you additional room for your rifle stock, improving comfort and shooting ergonomics. Compatible with all standard plate carriers that accept SAPI or traditional Shooters Cut body armor with appropriate chest plate pocket size.

The Level III armor is rated to stop 7.62×51 M80 NATO Ball (.308 Winchester) at a velocity of up to 2,780 fps, and special threat tested to stop 5.56mm M855/SS109 (Green Tip) at a velocity of 2,780 fps. This armor has been independently tested in accordance with NIJ 0101.06 threat levels through Oregon Ballistics (OBL), and H.P. White Laboratories.
